I ordered adjustable sights for my CZ 75 Shadow, but accidentally ordered the wrong one (without the white dots). I sent a mail on a Sunday, and that was answered the same day, and the order was changed instantly. The right set arrived from the Czech Republic to The Netherlands on Tuesday morning.

The processing of my order was very professional, the Optics Ready Plate was as described, payment with credit card was easy and the delivery was quick. I have no reason to complain and can only conclude that Optic Spot is a serious and professional company.
